Pinball Machine Rental Terms & Conditions

These Pinball Machine Rental Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all pinball machine rentals provided by ADSD SIA / PinballArena.

By confirming a rental and/or completing payment, the renter (“Renter”) confirms acceptance of these Terms. 

1. Ownership & Local Rental Services

The pinball machines are owned by Company: ADSD OÜ, Registration number: 14204982, VAT number: EE101958417, Address : Mõisa 4-2, Tallinn 13522. (Estonia).

For rentals provided within the territory of Latvia, ADSD SIA, 40203464404 (Latvia) is responsible for rental services, client communication, technical support, and invoicing, and acts as the authorized local rental operator.

The renter’s contractual relationship is with the company issuing the invoice.

2. Rental Object

The Owner rents out pinball machines for use at the Renter’s premises, including but not limited to office spaces, events, exhibitions, or private locations.

The specific machine, rental period, and price are agreed individually for each rental and confirmed via invoice, written communication, or the Owner’s website.

3. Rental Period & Pricing

Rental periods (for example 1 month, 3 months, or 6 months) and pricing are defined individually and communicated prior to payment.

The rental period starts and ends on the dates specified on the invoice or otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Use & Care

The Renter agrees to:

  • Use the pinball machine only for its intended purpose

  • Ensure careful, non-aggressive use

  • Prevent abuse, vandalism, or improper handling

  • Allow use only by responsible persons

  • Ensure basic supervision in public or shared spaces

The machine must not be modified, opened, repaired, or relocated without the Owner’s prior consent.

5. Condition & Responsibility

The pinball machine remains the property of the Owner at all times.

The Renter is responsible for maintaining the machine in good working and cosmetic condition during the rental period, excluding normal wear and tear.

The Renter is liable for any damage, loss, or malfunction caused by misuse, negligence, improper handling, or use contrary to these Terms, including actions of third parties under the Renter’s responsibility.

Repair or replacement costs resulting from such damage shall be calculated by the Owner based on actual repair costs, replacement parts, and associated labor.

The Owner shall provide the Renter with a cost explanation or invoice for such repairs where applicable. 

6. Technical Issues

In case of any technical issues, errors, or abnormal behavior of the machine, the Renter must immediately stop use and contact the Owner.

The Renter must not attempt to fix or troubleshoot the machine independently unless explicitly instructed by the Owner.

7. Electrical & Location Requirements

The Renter is responsible for:

  • Providing a stable and suitable electrical supply

  • Ensuring a dry, safe, and accessible placement location

  • Protecting the machine from moisture, heat, or extreme conditions

Damage caused by improper electrical supply or unsuitable environment is the responsibility of the Renter.

8. Liability

The Owner is not responsible for:

  • Injuries resulting from improper use

  • Loss or damage to property caused by misuse of the machine

  • Downtime caused by factors outside the Owner’s control

The Renter assumes responsibility for safe use of the machine during the rental period.

9. Payment

Payment terms are defined in the invoice.

Unless otherwise agreed, payment must be completed before or at the start of the rental period.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.

11. Acceptance

By completing payment and/or using the rented pinball machine, the Renter confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
